About the Initiative

Under the umbrella of Project Pragati, Honda India Foundation (HIF) launched the Career Progression Program to provide advanced, employment-linked training for General Duty Assistants (GDAs) who have already completed their foundational GDA certification through HIF.

The program reflects HIF’s commitment to building long-term, sustainable career pathways for youth from underserved backgrounds ensuring growth, stability, and professional excellence.
